A pioneer in innovation and technology, Michael Lahyani is the Founder & CEO of the Property Finder Group. In 2005, he introduced a Real Estate classified in the Middle East, before driving its digital transformation and launched what is Property Finder today. The company has grown exponentially through the years into an impressive and culturally diverse team of more than 500 individuals across its six countries of operation. Michael holds a Bachelors and MBA in Finance from HEC Lausanne.

At Property Finder, Ari Kesisoglu drives the leadership team to create a lighthouse technology company that will make a lasting impact on the tech ecosystem in the region. A long standing career serving some of the world’s largest tech companies, he has held leadership roles in Facebook and Google. Ari holds an MBA from INSEAD and a bachelor’s degree in Business from Bogazici University in Turkey.

Anu leads the People and Culture agenda at Property Finder. With over 25 years of multi sector, multi geography work experience in devising and driving HR strategies in a range of companies, Anu’s role is instrumental in ensuring that talent agenda is at the forefront of the company’s overall strategy. Her deep expertise lies in Business Partnering, Business Transformation and Strategic HR.

Cherif leads Property Finder’s revenue strategy and global sales team. With 27 years of experience, he has transformed complex businesses at tech giants like Cisco and Nortel, working across North America, Asia, and Europe. Cherif holds a master’s degree in Computer Science from Buffalo School of Engineering and Applied Sciences and an MBA in Finance from the Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York.

Himanshu spearheads the development of cutting-edge tech solutions for our partners’ unique needs at  Property Finder. With over two decades of experience leading transformative initiatives for Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn and other global tech giants, his expertise spans strategic planning, product development and team leadership, underpinned by a deep commitment to customer satisfaction and technological advancement.

Ozan leads the company’s strategic roadmap. His over 14 years of global experience at organisations like eBay, McKinsey, and Facebook, helps shape our Strategy & Transformation, Business Operations, Analytics, M&A, and Corporate Development. Ozan holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a MS in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University, and a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Yeditepe University.

Sevgi leads the planning, development and execution of Property Finder’s marketing, branding and digital initiatives. As an award-winning global marketer, Sevgi is a digital evangelist with 15 years in FMCG, Fintech, and Entertainment. She has held leadership positions at brands like OSN, Mastercard and Unilever. Sevgi is an Insead Alumnus and holds B.S. Psychology from Bosphorus University.

Zaid leads our legal compliance and corporate governance affairs. His seasoned executive leadership helped guide international law firms and leading multinational corporations in the Middle East, Africa, and Turkey. Zaid actively advises on issues like revenue generation strategies to data privacy. An alumnus of the University of Cape Town and Columbia Business School, he was featured in the Legal500 GC Powerlist.
